The Paio Pires Velodrome is a space located in Seixal Portugal, on the outskirts of Lisbon. The cycling team of Paio Pires is in need of a training facility and headquarters. The concpet is born out of a bycicle wheel, all the building is an ode to the simplicity of a bike. It is an oval PTFE roof, the track and a couple of tribunes on each side. Under the track we can find the headquarters, gym, cafe and locker room.
